Staffs of "Pointer" and Bugle Notes published their appointed works. Bugle Notes editor was Daneil Kueger and his assistant and associate editors were Don Frenier and Tim Sweeney as they updated the annually published bible of the Corps of Cadets, Kevin Gaylor was editor of the monthly published "Pointer." The magazine kept the cadets sharp with its good humor and good looking Pointer Pics such as Linda Denisi, Sue Henning, and Pam Zimmerman. The staff also interviewed the President's daughter, Susan Ford. Gaylor was backed by Danny Westorer, managing editor, and Pete Marion, business manager. They also had help from females in the Femmes Issue.
