The F-troopers made a major production out of their final year. Chuckles, number 82, upheld the F-4 football tradition. Joe played paddleball and CO. Mike had a smile as big as his lacrosse stick. Casman could always be found on one of the gym courts, and when his paddle wore out he used his hand. Demps took to performing fowl deeds in front of audiences. When faced with a challenge, Freddy Bear always found a way to muff it. Depending on the situation, Doogles swam or sang. Fehldog found a home and homing signal in F-4. Fiedo always knew the temperature in L.A. Grubbsy rolled through life with a smile. Steve's is a story of staff, stripes, and stars. Hubb and the 7 O'Clock news, Cronkite über alles. Papa Joe had heart as well as soul. For 4 long years Pony impersonated a cadet. Even under pressure, Mouse managed well. Mitch and Satch spent their last year playing Errol Flynn among others. Rumor has it that Monty was found in a basket amongst the bullrushes. When Hunch wasn't leaping tall buildings, he was lifting spirits. We understand that Parduty really ate up dirt. Birdman made his nest in F-4. Some men drive limousines -- Doorman drove a Jeep. Siems gave some the impression of being a civilian in the area of the barracks. Smitty meticulously intercommunicated with us all. Talbo's trail is littered with beer cans and marked with exhaust from his 'vette. All in all, the last year proved to be the best last year we ever had.
